Nurgle Reinforcements…
Having inflicted a devastating wound on the Dark Angel leadership, Typhus turned his attention to the main invasion of Cherbull. His elite units had made the initial surgical strike and now it was time for the bulk of his forces to play their part… not least his Plague Guard.
To be continued…
Now this could get very interesting indeed!!
ReplyDeleteThe volume of models could be extreme, do you think you are up to the painting or is this your Christmas project?? Troops, troops and more troops.
The models look fantastic, not Gamesworkshop?
Had them for ages but given them new heads from Blight Wheel Miniatures, and will be painting them up as pseudo British to match my Plague Marines.
DeleteHaha, of course I'm not up to painting them all, not any time soon at least but I might get enough done for an allied detachment.
Looking good. Is it a full guard detachment or cultists?
ReplyDeleteThese will be just guard, although cultists will no doubt make an appearance in the main CSM force at some point.
DeleteVery cool, and thematic photo there DT.. always good to throw some guard into the situation!
ReplyDeleteI saw these respirator heads and the decision was already made :D
DeleteOhh, now that looks seriously cool! Can't wait to see these in a bit more detail.
ReplyDeleteI'll be doing a couple more posts about these guys as I get painting them (properly).
