40k: New Primaris Librarian – Part 2


A quick development on the Primaris Librarian front.

After a suggestion by Nick at The Burning Eye to get in touch with GW about the miscast on the Force Sword, I did exactly that. After a brief discussion with a member of the Customer Service Team, and exchanging of photos, proof of purchase and contact details, I got a good result. They are sending me a complete replacement Primaris Librarian kit!

    Glad to hear it! I've always been impressed with GW customer service. Historically they never even bothered with requesting proof of purchase but there was a trend a while back that made them tighten up their procedures I think.

    Sounds like the perfect time for an arm swap though, then you've got a pair of libbies!

      I've never had cause to get in touch with GW customer services recently, but historically (back when you could order bitz online) they were always very good.

    Now that's generous of them.
    You could use the old kit for some really nice conversions.
